Playing volunteer cross-country coach for the kids at MacArthur Elementary School again today. I ran with the leaders and then went back to get all the kids as they straggled in. They are getting better.

I felt okay, surprisingly enough.

I have to wonder how long my Gel-Neo33s will last as I can already see they are a bit more flexible than I'm normally used to having. I like it - they ride very well - but the proof'll be in a few weeks after these are broken in for real.
