I should have run earlier in the day, but today was the Fort Leavenworth yard sale and the fuckwit factor was unusually high. We ate an early dinner, so by the time I was out, it had been maybe two hours after I ate and I waddled out with a stomach full of chow. Awesome.

I wasn't intending on going for a zone 4 intensity run, but it hurt more than I expected. I was gauging it on basic speed. Tomorrow needs to be an easier run.

The Elder was supposed to run, but she sandbagged. I did not approve.
