The weather was as good as it gets for a long run, so I decided to do what I've previously called the Nine Miles of Suck.
And suck it did. I ran this at purely aerobic pace to burn lard, which I think was counteracted by the small avalanche of chow I ingested upon returning home.
Yes, I need to be more disciplined about what I stuff down my yap.
My knees hurt. Time to pull the Cho-Pat straps back out...since it feels like retropatellar pain syndrome, which is consistent for starting to run regularly after as little as I did when I was in Afghanistan.
