Today's weather was surprisingly nice - for being May. I normally would expect it to be getting hot, but not today.
In fact, it was chilly enough where I felt compelled to get a jacket this morning, before I started.
The progression continues - I note that I need to improve my form as I've been getting careless (and this can have colossally inopportune results in the case of the military press).
Today was quick but not labored fast running there or back. I felt significantly better returning than I did last week.
