A day of lifting. I concentrated a little more on working biceps and shoulders and I was pretty tired after working this. My runs back are typically slower, and today was no exception. I was pretty beat going uphill on the return leg.

I am finding, though, that now that I'm getting used to lifting every few days, that it's something which is surprisingly easier to keep up than I thought. Certainly more than running, but this is a deliberate shift. I do intend to do at least one long run (more than 7) a week, but I'm not sure when that'll happen, maybe Sundays.
