I was up early and couldn't sleep. I decided to kick it off with a longer run after an hour and a half of not being able to go to sleep.
First longer run in a while, but I realize that I need to balance some of my lifting as my waist line is starting to expand. This means I'm eating too much (which I'm not sure I want to give up yet) or I need to run more.
So, I'm running more, if I can sustain it.
This was the first day doing the Teardrop of Suck in a long while and suck it did. I'm not that bent out of shape running 10:00/mi uphill if it means I'm burning lard, which was the goal.
