Continuing to lift, but getting stronger. The weather was noticeably cooler and it contributed to the faster splits in and out. It's unusual that I ran negative splits back, but I took a brief break to talk to my cousin who was out doing combatives training. Being 55F degrees is a whole lot more conducive to faster running than it being 70F or 80F.
I do need to run more, though.
