First off: the iThink is because of digging through old videotapes (preparing to throw them away) and watching parts of Vision Quest. Yes, the film starring Matthew Modine. No shit.
Easy run, quick lift, slower run back. It's not taking as long now - and the decreased rest times are encouraging, since I'm not really looking to increase weight - but I have to be careful of form, since I get sloppy and that can be counterproductive.
