I can blame my James Horner attack on watching Jennifer Shiman’s “Titanic in 30 seconds with bunnies” on www.angryalien.com. I didn’t really feel that ambitious today, but today was a day I could just as easily have slept in. I’m glad I went out and ran, though. I’m thinking I need to reassess my real level of fitness based on how much it sucked to go out and run. So, I guess I’m going to lay off long hard runs in the next two weeks based on overtraining and all that stuff.
