My short term memory has forgotten what was in the iThink today, although there was a lot of casual discussion that precluded iThink traffic.

Z2 start, Z3 finish.
What I thought was going to be some easy wogging actually turned into a nice easy tempo run. Starting pace was around 9mpm, finishing around 8mpm. I then did about 10 minutes of abdominal work and 10 pullups, then 6. I need to get back in the groove. Fortunately, the weight is starting to come off. I tapped in at 180 today, although I’m not sure how much of it was water weight rather than actual lard. Still, I’m on the road to recovery.
No splits today. It wasn’t the point!
