I ran out with one of my coworkers. He and I run at about the same easy pace, so it was a good match. The gravel road in front of our housing trailers had been sprayed down with what smelled like port-o-shitter Smurf juice. It smelled fucking regal.
Today needed to be slow after yesterday’s relative effort. I’ll probably go longer tomorrow, how far, I’m not sure.
