45 minutes of wogging. That’s all I wanted to do. I spent the rest of today trying to stay awake as I think I’ve been overtraining. This is not so good. So, I guess I’ll be tapering the next week or so to see if I can get some more legitimate base, then try again. Maybe.
Relative distance for time doesn’t really matter, it was just a recovery run.
