First workout in two days. I got chumped on sleep because there was something going on today that I couldn't drop and I frankly didn't trust the person involved to follow through. That's in general the trend for that individual. He talks a good game, but most of what he touches ends up being fucked up in some way, shape, or form.

I know I've been a little snappy at work because I've been more testy than usual - so it'll be a useful acid test if I'm a little less desirous of killing everyone in sight.
