I was thinking about rowing, but started too late. I decided to run 6.66, but started too late. I ran 4.44, and ran it pretty damn quick because I was backed up to something I need to attend. Because I started too late. Still, today was a day to experiment with pace and speed, and I think it worked well, mostly.
