Slow, but not intended to be fast. I was shooting for target HR and was at about the right speed. I figure I burned up mabe 930 calories or so. That is what allowed me to walk a few blocks down the street to White Castle and eat 8 slyders, fries, and an assload of Diet Coke. Yay.
I brought an old pair of shoes. That explains odometer 3.
Of course, all this was done indoors. There is no way in hell I was exercising outdoors in a heat index of 104F. The walk to White Castle and back was a sweat festival in itself.
