Late start, but necessary today. I was thinking just about running to the gym and running elliptimiles, but realized there was enough shade on the course I was running to survive running in direct sunlight, which I loathe.
Still, I gritted it out. I needed to get out there since I didn't do anything yesterday. I still dislike running in hot weather, and this is not that hot.
