I slept maybe 5 hours before this run, but hearing hard rain and thunder, I needed to get out there and get at it. Couldn't pass up the chance.

Today was a slow run, although not by design. For whatever reason, I could not get going today. I do not know why other than lack of sleep.

There was nobody else out there running today. Weenies.
