It was raining this morning and I didn't want to break the streak, so I went in and hit the erg for the first time in a little while. I guess I should've gone running anyway since the rain wasn't hard.
I guess I need to get back to lifting since I'm barely holding down paces that I would've considered pedestrian a few months ago.
