First run in over a week, but really, for all intents and purposes, first run in about 3 weeks. Woot!
Today was cold, but not as crazy cold as I thought it might have been. The relative lack of wind compared to yesterday and the fact that it was 8F warmer had something to do with it.
I'm going to deliberately not worry about speed since I'm in the position of just about having to completely rebuild my mileage base. Urgh.
The Sarah McLachlan snippet comes from an old episode of Due South ("A Cop, a Mountie and a Baby,") which featured the song. Ironically, I used to watch Due South in the afternoons when I was attending the Combined Arms and Services Staff School at Fort Leavenworth over a decade ago.
