This is supposedly military in its etymology, but I must have missed this acronym, and I consider myself more than a passing observer of military culture. I think it's probably too clumsy for casual use, though.
"You've Got To Be Fucking Shitting Me" doesn't really translate that well into an acronym.
Or, even more bluntly, don't substitute an unwieldy acronym when the expression "fuck that shit" is just as evocatively useful.
