First time running in Cary in a long while. I'm inherently distrustful of the GPS tracks I'm getting off the Timex watch I have, and today was no exception.
I don't buy the prospect of running 8:06/mi for what I ran today...but I don't have the imagery and plot to vet the course I ran. I thought it was more important that I actually ran over an hour today, given how much I ended up eating for dinner.
