I needed to do a quick one, but I didn't feel like running the Teardrop of Suck (which includes uphills in excess of 40 degrees). Thus, six mile time trial on the track!
I was pleasantly surprised at split times - but wonder if there are GPS inaccuracies at work that might be contributing to a false sense of speed as well.
With the amount of fog today, I guess an English band is appropriate - although whenever I think of heavy fog, the Cure's "A Forest" is invariably the first song to come to mind.
