Nothing ambitious today, just a run to burn fat. This ended up being
faster than expected as I settled in and ran mostly negative splits.

The extremely slow 0.28 leg is attributable to having to go over the
links between two railroad boxcars. Otherwise, the run back was
representative of steady acceleration, which is a reasonably good trend.

I should've worn sunglasses today. It was bright. I'm not used to
running in daylight.

Today is Veteran's Day. I prefer the Commonwealth's usage of
Remembrance Day, myself. Two treatments I found come from the Great White North and Down Under.

Ironically, I wasn't able to find an official British site on the
internet on Remembrance Day.
