Z3.

I never thought I'd say it, but damn, I'm glad to be back at Fort Leavenworth.

Being back in NC was wacky. Going back to Fayetteville, as we did for an afternoon was particularly disconcerting. I did, however get a haircut from my old barber, who does a superlative high-and-tight. If there's one thing I absolutely can't get here at Fort Leavenworth, it's a high-and-tight where someone actually shaves off the side and back of my head.

That might account for some of the relative speed this morning for a Z3-level run. I guess I should aspire to something faster, but I'm pretty happy with that for my relative level of effort.

I'm not too crazy about my incipient arthritis in my right ankle, though. Nothing that 1000mg of naproxen sodium a day can't fix...so long, stomach lining.
