I almost slept in this morning; that I actually got up was sheer force of will, considering I'd gone to sleep at 2:25am...and woke up at 6:00am. I'll probably be paying for it later, but I needed to run. Partly for relaxation (nothing ambitious was going to happen today), but partly to burn accumulated lard.

It wasn't wogging, but it's wasn't particularly fast, either. I accelerated gradually, once I passed the 25 minute mark. From there, I was just continuing to accelerate as I kept running. All in all, not a bad run...which was infinitely better than the alternative of sleeping in.

Since I didn't do my customary long run on Sunday, it was just a matter of doing it early, or forcing out a 10km erg on the Concept, and this, quite frankly, would've hurt a lot less.
