I can't think of a bigger cognitive dissonance than interleaving these two songs, but since they were playing interleaved with each other on a playlist before I went for my run, guess what two songs were stuck in my head as I got at it. Surprisingly, they didn't really conflict with each other. It's still weird as hell to skip between post-punk emo and Morrissey, though.
Today was far too fast a start for prudent work, and it reared its ugly head as I damn near bonked in the second to last mile. Problem is that I can't stop to drink water or I'm going to be shuttling back and forth to the latrine all night long.
