The goal was to run long, although I think six was long enough. I felt pretty good by the end of mile 3, as usual. I have deliberately not gone hard so I can rebuild base, but also so I don't flame out after a week or two. I don't have to run fast, but I do want to burn lard. So burn it is. I got the munchies, but I recognize that the munchies are exactly what I need to be feeling. So I won't hit the chow tonight.
