WX at 0700: 66 (19) DP 59 (15) BP 30.09 (1019) NW 8 RH 78
(not bad at start, then getting progressively warmer - and downright hot at the end after the sun emerged from overcast skies. It was a whole lot more humid than I expected.)

Odometer 1: 12.1mi

Z4.
Average/max heart rate = 153/171

A triple lapper for my last full day in Qatar for a while, I think. I started early, and ended up going faster than I expected, making for a rough last lap. I also found that I tend to go faster when I run around other people, because for some reason, I continue to draw negative energy when I run around other people...or attempt to keep up with people who are running faster than me.

Of course, bravado aside, it provides me some other benchmark besides my Garmin Forerunner 305, which tells me how much I suck or how slowly I'm going.

The humidity was pretty bad this morning. I got a new haircut yesterday and then with my new whitewalls (which I haven't had in a few years) I started sweating, big time.
