This is perimeter run 78.

I was feeling pretty beat, but I got out of the office early enough to warrant maybe a full perimeter run. I didn't feel very froggy, but decided to run this just below anaerobic threshold, and tonight's run wasn't too bad. I was pleasantly surprised to be holding under 9 minute pace for not going very hard.

As things work thru preparation for redeployment, I realized there's some benefit to backing off the killing wheel. The biggest fight is yet to come.
