Today started out auspiciously, then turned south. I found that I was good for a few miles, but my legs were tired, probably from running nine miles a few days ago. I need to be more regular about PT but haven't been so good at that lately.
At least I did it, which is a whole lot better than wimping out. That, and I realize I was hitting the Krispy Kremes a bit too vigorously while I was in Qatar.
