Today was another long run in the same week, which was unusual, but I decided to mitigate it by going at a deliberately moderate pace. This was also partly to burn off some of the gargantuan dinner I ate last night as well.
What I find interesting is that although I deliberately slowed the pace, my time actually wasn't that much off what I ran earlier this week.
This begs the question of what I could do if I'm running this at race or time trial effort. But I probably won't answer that until late October.
