I attribute today's iThink to watching My So-Called Life for the first time since in, oh, about a decade. Do I ever miss that show.
A comparatively easy day. I woke up too late to go for the preparatory run, but was able to spin mostly at 2:15 in the first 2000m, then to 2:10 for the next 3000m, then for mostly around 2:05 in the last 1000m. Not bad for the stated drag factor, a little higher than usual intentionally.
With today's weather it's almost criminal not to go out running, but I'm saving that for tomorrow.
