My running partner chickened out on me this morning, opening up an alternative hard workout, and this delivered.
I obviously didn't drink enough water if I had to stop midway to hit the water fountain. This resulted in a fairly slow overall pace of 2:12.6/500M. 44:12 is not particularly horrible, but it isn't particularly good either. Then again, it factored in about a minute lost to the water break.
Drag factors started at 180, then dropped to 149, then settled back to max at 185 as I realized I'd probably be better off trying for power rather than for lighter effort as I was trying to work abs and upper body as well.
I like spinning at lower resistances, but I go faster at higher drag factors. Not sure why, though.
