I felt like ass today. My legs are just too tired to sustain the pace I want, so it's time to back off some. I find this maddening if only because I don't think I'm working all that hard.
Something's wrong with the splits this morning, but I don't care. The end product was accurate, so I'm not too concerned with split 2 or 3.
