I took a day off yesterday but squandered it by getting shitty trashed last night. I took a deliberately harder finish and it paid off in a slightly higher Max VO2 rating of 43. The rain really helped a lot, but I'm also starting to acclimatize to the heat. Today didn't feel particularly faster than two days ago, but apparently, it was.
