I was tired, having gotten less than four hours of sleep two days back and about four hours last night. I need to sleep more, badly. Slow ingress, slow return. I am encouraged for my running partner, who gets faster while I remain about the same, meaning that this actually works for me as well as run more continuous effort. But I am beat.
