Today went hard, most likely because of yesterday's erg session. It was almost inevitable as beat as I felt yesterday after I was done.
The weather was so awesome as to be criminal if I didn't try to get something in today. It was Sunday morning in Alabama, so there was not much scenery, although there was a lot of high water on the banks of the Alabama river where the rains and severe weather from the north of the state had come down.
It's also worth noting that this is one of the few periods I can think of where I have not taken a rest day, but the opportunities for training unmolested by any other obligations is one I can't pass up and I will almost certainly get my Day of Nothing But Eat next Saturday when I fly back to Kansas.
