How the hell can it be 71F at 6:00pm on 1 March? How the hell does it hit 75F today and 79F yesterday?
I don't know, but it looks like Kansas isn't much different.
Day of light wogging. Nothing hard after yesterday, especially with the throbbing pain in the knees characteristic of reverse patellar pain syndrome. Yay. I made it a point to stay around 145bpm, which I think mostly successful based on what the computer says. The 157 mhr today was because of the uphill. It didn't last much more than a minute.
Running is still less painful than getting on the Concept2, although I might get in a 10,000m session this weekend just on principle.
