Nothing hard, and my legs weren't up to much, as my quads told me. Maybe I need to spin on the erg more since if I'm feeling that kind of kinks at the start of a run, then running would work even better in conjunction with the erg.
The pace is deliberate - I don't want to be overtraining right now. Writing for the dissertation is hard enough without beating myself physically into the ground.
Oh well. Time to get back at it when I return to Kansas.
