It doesn't get much better during the summer than this, but it's a shame that my knees are too beat for any significant running. After yesterday's rowing session, though, it was time to see what the legs could do, so I headed to the track for some deliberate effort (i.e., not wogging). which was neither encouraging, nor dismaying...
Tomorrow should be another day of lifting, then I'll do a long run on Saturday. My nephews are visiting today for a week, so I don't expect to be able to get anything in Sunday since we have something planned for overnight on Saturday.
