Average/max heart rate = no reading.

Today would've been a great day for running, but I'm going to settle back into seeing how I feel after running only 1.5mi + 1.5mi. Things felt okay, but that could've been a factor of the weather more so than my joints and musculature.

Lifting seems to be getting harder, but I think some of that is my consciously taking shorter and shorter breaks in between exercises. These shorter breaks are partly driven by time, partly driven by objective, which is to get stronger without getting bigger, which in doing so drives lesser weights than I might want, but then generates a much greater number of repetitions instead.

The real determinant will be how I feel in about eight hours...
