Today was surprisingly quick for how I initially felt. I was pleasantly surprised to be running to the gym about 30-45 seconds/mile faster than I feel I have over the last few weeks.
The lifting is what it is, but I've held steady on not increasing weight beyond what I've been doing, in a conscious attempt to get leaner through increasing repetitions of the lighter weight. It's taking some time.
