Day 109 of the campaign.

iThink: Morrissey, "Seasick, Yet Still Docked"

WX at 2130: 77 (25) DP 26 (-3) BP 29.94 (1014) N 20 RH 15

Odometer 2: 158.8mi

Z3 mid.
Average heart rate = 160

This is perimeter run 20.

I wasn't planning on anything ambitious, but I did mean to run the perimeter of the base today. Today was a pretty relaxed run with one of my coworkers, but the 20 mph wind was a hindrance at times - and at other times a hell of an aid. It was no accident that I was holding 8:30 pace for a few miles with a 20mph tailwind.

The heart monitor was another check of proof to see whether I was making headway or not. I was able to do a much better job of gauging relative effort based on heartrate and that was a valuable tool.
