I decided to weenie out and not run tonight at night...so I decided on doing four relatively fast elliptimiles. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed - although I know it's not necessarily correlative with run speed. I started going at about 7mph, and once I was warmed up, I realized that going 9.5-10mph was not as hard on the elliptical as I thought...so I cranked on.
