How can only one indeterminate mile be a zone 4 workout?
Try 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 squats first. I am frankly surprised that I didn't woof. Thus goes another CrossFit workout - although it seems to work and I'll hopefully reap the benefits in a few weeks. Or something like that.
In the meantime, it's time to get more than 3 hours of sleep. I have noticed that the jet fighters near my hooch don't wake me up in the middle of the night when I'm already asleep. Whee.
