Short run, little time, but I probably needed it. I slept in more than I thought I would, so I was planning on running more, but I don't really have the time.
So, short run is better than no run. Much of the positive split on mile 2 versus the massive negative split on mile 3 was due to a before-and-after pit stop I had to take along the way.
And so it goes...
