This is perimeter run 21.

Today was going to be windy - I didn't realize to the point where I'd be running into a 29mph headwind. I was pleasantly surprised at the pace I was holding, but I thought for a little while I might be able to pull off a PR. I didn't do it, but the sustained speed today was encouraging. Of course, having a tailwind of the magnitude of what I had didn't hurt either.

Still, when the wind was relatively low, I was still holding about 8 minute pace at the midpoint, before I started to get dehyhdrated. I was concentrating on form, and it helped, but I could stand to be a little more disciplined in that department.
