Tonight is a great example of failure to coordinate activities in a hash being almost catastrophic. We had almost no beer left at the end, the hares didn't use much flour, the trail was poorly marked, and the hares were inexperienced, the vehicle left without coordination, and we lost a member of the pack. Yet, people had a good time.

It did underscore the importance of having people sweep the trail. We absolutely must have people police the trail so that you don't lose any more. Other than that, it was more practice, and something different from the beaten path.
