6.0mi, 53:38, 4 JUN 08, Bagram, Afghanistan

Day 113 of the campaign.

iThink:
Morrissey, "Seasick, Yet Still Docked" (I'm not sure why this keeps coming back up)
Frank Mills, "Music Box Dancer" (I'm not sure about this one either.)

WX at 2330: 77 (25) DP 19 (-7) BP 29.94 (1014) NNW 10G22 RH 19

Odometer 2: 164.8mi

Z2 start, z3 finish.
Average heart rate = 158

Still feeling my attempt to set a PR from a few days ago, so I decided on six miles of light wogging. That's fine so long as you're not running into a 22 knot gust headwind!

I was running relaxed, and while I finished faster (average HR for the last two miles was 161, then 168), the splits reflect the change in effort.

I didn't run very consistently, but I think a lot of that had to do with shifting winds of fairly brisk speed!
