My watch said recovery run of 22 minutes today, so I decided to go 10km easy on the erg. As short as my run yesterday was, I was still banged up today, something that I don't feel after pulling on the erg. Aside from no impact, there's the other benefit of working other parts of the body that running doesn't work.
First segment was slow because I was tinkering with earbuds vs speaker on the TV. The earbuds were glitchy so I might switch them out with some different ones.
